Some really sage advice for ultrarunners looking to increase their stamina.
Update: Today I tried the Tempo Interval workout doing 4 sets. I felt that it was a good workout, with 6 minutes at pace and 2 minutes of interval recovery. My legs really worked to pump everything out for the first few intervals, then they seemed to get with the program. Or stopped pumping the waste out! Either way I think that this is going to become a staple of my trail running/ultra workouts. Time will tell what the end results will be but I can tell that I am getting pretty fit for me, I am excited for the Harding Hustle, not so nervous anymore. I haven’t posted a picture in a while so here is one.
